What her patients say…
“I’ve worked with Kinga for a number of my Ironman years, through the thick of training all the way to and after the big races. She has done more to keep me injury free than I can thank her for. She is brilliant at what she does, and modest too. I would highly recommend her, she should be programmed into Training Peaks!”
Martin Muldoon – Multiple Ironman World Championship Athlete, former Irish national record holder
“As a seasoned personal trainer and bodybuilding bikini competitor, recovery is a crucial part of my routine. Kinga has helped me stay supple and prevent injuries, whilst going the extra mile to prepare me for the next day’s workload. She is professional and highly effective, and I cannot recommend her more”
Dorota Maslewska – Personal trainer, Founder of DiDi online, Bodybuilding bikini competitor
What you can expect…
“I use a variety of osteopathic treatment techniques to find the source of the issue, relieve pain and then teach you tailored techniques and exercises to re-strengthen and prevent future injuries.”

Kinga’s own sporting background (including injuries) and curiosity drove her to learn more about movement rehabilitation that she successfully integrates with her osteopathic skills to help relieve pain and correct biomechanical imbalances. She believes in working with her patients as a team, teaching them about their own body and giving them tools to further the benefits of their sessions together.
Outside of work
Kinga has been involved in sports all her life, swam competitively in the US then continued with long distance swimming in the UK and mid- to long distance triathlons in Europe. She is also an avid skier, and after her own knee operation journey, loves working with post-operative patients to help them physically – and mentally – get back on their feet (and some into ski boots). She is no stranger to the gym and the pilates reformer herself, and likes a good challenge.
